How ride changes and extra charges reach the final invoice
A reservation can change after it is confirmed. An extra stop, waiting time or a toll can affect the final bill. The office needs to know what changed, which charge applies and who should receive the invoice.
Keep those decisions with the ride. Record the changed details and any supporting notes, then review the charge against the agreed rate. A note from a chauffeur is information to check, not automatic permission to bill the client.
At close-out, review the ride details, approved extras and billed-to party together. The passenger, the person who booked and the account paying may be different people. Check the invoice total and recipient before sending it.
As a separate fictional example from the invoice shown above, a $300 transfer with an approved $40 extra stop and $15 toll would produce a $355 invoice, assuming no other charges or taxes apply. The invoice should explain the extras rather than leave the client to guess why the total changed.
LuxDispatch connects booking details, recorded extras and branded invoice review in the same workflow. Your team still reviews the charges and decides when to send. A reviewed invoice is not a payment; collection and chauffeur payables remain separate steps.
