Subprocessors

LuxDispatch relies on the third-party services below to operate the platform. Their roles depend on the service and processing activity; some handle data for their own purposes under their privacy policies. Read this list with the Privacy Policy, including its payment, trip-location and retention disclosures.

Supabase

Database hosting, authentication, and file storage. US (AWS us-east-1).

Vercel

Application hosting and deployment. US (AWS).

Twilio

SMS dispatch notifications to drivers. US.

Resend

Transactional email (confirmations, invoices, team invites). US.

Anthropic (Claude)

Booking-text parsing and optional assistant processing. Submitted text and context can contain personal data. Training terms and retention are separate; we do not promise zero API retention. See the Privacy Policy for the provider guidance.

Sentry

Error monitoring, performance traces and diagnostic logs. We do not record screen sessions. Reports can include account and company identifiers and user-submitted messages or screenshots. Filtering and masking do not make all diagnostics anonymous.

Stripe

Hosted checkout and payment processing where enabled. Financial records and provider retention are separate from trip sharing.

Google Maps

Map display and location-related requests where enabled, including processing of coordinates or viewed area and viewer IP addresses.

Cloudflare (R2)

Backup storage. US.

GitHub

Backup processing. US.

We give 30 days’ notice before adding or removing a subprocessor that handles operator or passenger data. Notice is sent by email to the operator’s primary contact, and this page is updated at the same time.

• By June 30, 2026 — Added Cloudflare (R2) and GitHub for backups.
• October 4, 2026 — Added Stripe for hosted checkout and payment processing where enabled (live in production; listed on this page October 1).
• September 26, 2026 — Added Google Maps for map display (address previews), later live trip maps (listed on this page October 1).
• June 30, 2026 — Initial published subprocessor list (Supabase, Vercel, Twilio, Resend, Anthropic, Sentry).
