LuxDispatch
Subprocessors
Effective June 30, 2026
Overview
LuxDispatch relies on the third-party services below to operate the platform. Each is bound by its own data-protection commitments and processes data only as needed to provide its function. This page is the authoritative public list; we maintain the dated change log at the bottom so you can track additions and removals without contacting us.
Current subprocessors
- Supabase
- Database hosting, authentication, and file storage. US (AWS us-east-1).
- Vercel
- Application hosting and deployment. US (AWS).
- Twilio
- SMS dispatch notifications to drivers. US.
- Resend
- Transactional email (confirmations, invoices, team invites). US.
- Anthropic (Claude)

Change notice
We give 30 days’ notice before adding or removing a subprocessor that handles operator or passenger data. Notice is sent by email to the operator’s primary contact, and this page is updated at the same time.
