LuxDispatch
Acceptable Use Policy
Effective June 30, 2026
Overview
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs how operators and their team members may use LuxDispatch. It is part of, and incorporated into, the Terms of Service. If anything here conflicts with the Terms, the Terms control. We may suspend or terminate access for a serious or repeated violation.
Consent for your own contacts
LuxDispatch sends messages to the drivers, affiliates, and clients that you enter into your account. You are the sender of record for those messages and are solely responsible for having a lawful basis to contact each person.
- You must have the recipient’s consent before enabling SMS notifications for a driver or sending texts to a contact, as required by the TCPA and applicable carrier rules.
- You must honor opt-out requests. LuxDispatch automatically stops texting any number that replies STOP; you must not attempt to circumvent that suppression.
- You must not import or message contacts you obtained without permission, or send content unrelated to the transportation service the recipient expects from you.
Prohibited activities
You and your users must not:
- Use LuxDispatch to send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or any content that is unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or fraudulent.
- Upload malware, attempt to breach or probe our security, bypass authentication or tenant isolation, or access another operator’s data.
- Scrape, resell, or sublicense the service, or use it to build a competing product.
- Overload or interfere with the platform (excessive automated requests, denial-of-service, or circumventing rate limits).
- Misrepresent your identity or your authority to act for an organization, or use the service for any illegal activity.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, throttle, suspend, or terminate access — with or without notice where a violation is causing harm. We will use reasonable judgment and, where practical, give you a chance to cure.
Reporting abuse
Report suspected abuse or a violation of this policy to hello@luxdispatch.app. This policy is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
