LuxDispatch
Accessibility Statement
Effective June 30, 2026
Our commitment
LuxDispatch is built to be usable by operators and their teams regardless of ability. We treat accessibility as part of product quality, not an afterthought, and we work to improve it as the product evolves.
Standard we target
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. In practice that means we work toward:
- Keyboard operability for the primary dispatch, booking, and settings flows.
- Sufficient color contrast and a consistent, legible type scale.
- Labeled form controls and meaningful text alternatives for icons.
- Visible focus states and tap targets sized for touch on mobile.
Known limitations
We are a small team and conformance is ongoing rather than complete. Some dense data tables, drag-to-reorder interactions, and embedded third-party content may not yet be fully accessible to every assistive technology. We prioritize fixes that affect core daily workflows.
Reporting a barrier
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, email hello@luxdispatch.app with the page, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology you use. We will acknowledge your report and work with you on a resolution or a reasonable accommodation.
